1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia only.
2. Dispatch Timeframes

Custom headlights: 5–10 business days or as stated on the product page
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier used. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

5. Address Requirements

PO Boxes are accepted.

Signature on delivery is required by default.

Customers may waive signature-on-delivery at their own risk.
6. Authority to Leave
If you choose authority to leave, Lectra Automotive is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once the courier confirms delivery.
7. Re-Delivery Fees
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.
8. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If a parcel is marked delivered but not received, we will assist in lodging a courier investigation. A replacement may be issued at our discretion where loss is confirmed.
A parcel will be considered lost if it has not been delivered within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date.
9. Damaged Parcels
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must provide:

10. Customs and Import Fees
We do not currently ship internationally. Any future international shipments may be subject to customs or import fees payable by the customer.
